Not even wild floods could stop Matt & Caity from eloping after having to postpone their wedding in 2021. A last minute wet weather plan saw them share their vows inside Eastnor House in front of just 12 friends. An outdoor tipi was set up on the grounds for an intimate dinner inside, protecting them from the rain gods.

Matt & Caity share their experience of Eloping at Montville Estate

When we came across Montville Estate we were immediately drawn to the beauty of the property, Nichola has carefully created a space that pays homage to the history of Montville in the presentation of the beautiful property, along with her personal style the whole feel of Montville Estate is intimate and romantic and exactly what we envisioned for our elopement.

From the start Nichola went above and beyond to create a day that was truly special to us, not only does she have an incredible eye for detail and excellent communication skills, Nichola also organized the most amazing local vendors as part of the ‘leave it to us’ package.

Our elopement ended up falling on one of the rainiest weekends of the year, thankfully for Nichola, a last-minute decision was made, and the ceremony was moved inside, literally opening their family home (at the time) for us to use, we were blown away by Nichola’s generosity.

Nichola offers a bespoke and unique elopement experience and Matt and I are forever grateful our love was celebrated at Montville Estate.
