Eastnor House uniquely fuses heritage Queenslander charm with contemporary luxury to offer a unique and relaxing stay just a stones throw from the heart of Montville.
One of the first properties to be built when Montville was settled in 1897, recently restored the Estate offers a large original homestead, as well as a private self contained cottage, across a sprawling 1.5 acre property. Boasting luscious gardens, a magnesium pool, entertaining deck, cooks kitchen, private spaces and nature swing, we sleep up to 8 guests in the house and an additional 2 in the Cottage.
Eastnor House can also be rented as a two bedroom with a maximum capacity of 4 guests for a reduced rate. Please note, rooms within the house will be locked for these bookings including the second sitting room and upstairs.
The home itself made up of a master king bedroom with ensuite, second queen bedroom, an upstairs third king bedroom with private reading room. A main bathroom, kitchen, two dining rooms, two lounge rooms (custom double bed) and laundry.
The Cottage is an optional add on for parties wanting exclusive access to the property. However the house itself is available to be booked on its own.
The Estate was designed with the intention of ‘Slow Living’.
